Make it happen Mondays: Weigh in Day!!

Hey everyone! Welcome to Mom's for Losers first video diary post! I hope you keep coming back and supporting me to get to my goals and to yours!

I hate Mondays, but I love Mondays...its a love hate relationship for sure! I hate them because how can you beat Sundays? Really, there is no comparison. AND.. because I have to weigh myself. Not that I have been bad... it's just that battle of being patient enough to see your goals come to fruition thing. I love Mondays though, because I get to see my goals come true and I feel good starting another week chalk full of challenges! Yipee!

In this post I will... well, just watch it! Oh, and if I seem a little lack luster today, I apologize. I'm not feeling the best!

  1. Awesome Janea! Love it. Love the layout design too. What is the name of the iPhone app?
    I've lost 5 lbs. since Jan 1st by working out for 50 mins.each day and keeping my calorie counting goal each day using my "Calorie Counting" chart. I've gone back to going off of white flour, white sugar and pasta. I always feel a decrease of inflammation when I do this and it all feels great.
