Happy Wednesday to everyone! The weekend is almost here! Yay! Yay! Yay!
I'm happy to announce Mom's for Losers' first "THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE Nasty" segment!! I will post a new video every Wednesday to show you 2 good (usually something I use myself), 1bad and 1 nasty thing that relates to health and fitness.
I thought of this idea a while ago when I was walking through the grocery store and found something so nasty (and I'm afraid I have eaten it before) and almost lost it! I will be posting what that item is next Wednesday. I want to take a picture of it first. If I had one, it would be the nasty thing this week! Eeew!
