ReplyDeleteSecond: I put the chicken in a really big pot, fill it with water and boil it until its done. Then I shred it or cut it up into really small pieces
Third: I LOVE my avo saver. Sometimes I kiss it because its so awesome!

that garlic spred comes in 5 gallon buckets and had i think around a 6 monthe shelf life and sits at room temp haha. i can tell ya all about bakery and some deil stuff haha

ReplyDeleteGoals...ok so I'm an exercise science major right? And yet I still struggle with finding the time and motivation to exercise. And I just use the excuse that I'm skinny, but I KNOW exercise goes WAY WAY beyond weight. So my goal is to exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes. I did 20 minutes 6 days a week for the last six months, I can certainly do 5 days for 30 minutes!
Oh my Mac!! Send me some NASTY stuff! Iw ant to hear about what we eat from the bakery for our kids birthdays and stuff!! That would be great!! I can just see the headline for that post: " secrets in your birthday cake!" eeww!!! @ Hillary: That is a great goal!! Yes, exercise goes way beyond weight.. the cardiovascular benefits alone are worth working out for 30 min 5 days a week! Let me know how next week goes for ya!! I have a whole new strength training routine for my workouts next month.. yikes!! Thanks ladies for your support!
